Orders & Policies
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are 100% final. Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety standards, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please verify your selected lengths, textures, and quantities prior to completing checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
No. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters our automated processing queue to ensure fast delivery. Orders cannot be edited, modified, or canceled once placed.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Deebombwigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and a tracking number is generated, physical possession and delivery are strictly between you and the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders consist of two distinct phases:
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Payment verification & order processing).
Shipping Time: 3–4 Business Days (Carrier transit time).
Total Estimated Delivery: 5–7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship strictly within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.
3. Hair Care & Product Info
How many bundles do I need for a full sew-in or custom wig?
12" – 16": 2 to 3 bundles recommended.
18" – 24": 3 to 4 bundles recommended.
26" and longer: 4 or more bundles recommended for full density.
Can I color or bleach this hair?
Yes! Our virgin and raw hair extensions can be bleached, dyed, and heat-styled. However, to maintain the health, luster, and longevity of the hair, we strongly recommend having chemical treatments performed by a licensed professional stylist.

Where is your hair sourced from?
At Deebombwigs, we source only the finest raw and virgin human hair. Our hair is ethically collected from single donors, ensuring each bundle maintains its natural cuticle alignment from root to tip. This cuticle-intact sourcing is what sets our hair apart — it means less tangling, longer-lasting wear, and a more natural look and feel.
What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw Hair: Completely unprocessed hair collected directly from a single donor. It has never been chemically treated, steamed, or altered in any way. Raw hair is the highest grade available and retains its natural wave or curl pattern even after washing.
Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never been chemically processed (no dye, perms, or relaxers), but may have been collected from multiple donors. It is still high quality and can be styled and colored.
